After updating E63 to ver 400 I get “Memory card password: prompt.
I never put a password on this mSD card. So I’m stuck. Will lose lots of data.

a new firmware 410.21.010 is now available for download but when I try to upgrade through ovi or software updater it show me latest version my my e-63 is 200.21.012. how can I update new firmware for my device?

After I updated my firmware to this version It keeps asking for a lock code I just don’t have. And the default 12345 doesn’t work!! HELP!!!

@Karen Files on Ovi is not an application, it is simply a link to files.ovi.com, so you can just go there from your phone’s web browser

Hello there, would like to know if you have the installer for “Files on Ovi”? I did a deep reset on my E63 just now and I lost the application and the installer is nowhere to be found
