1. Many people asked me what’s the differences between these 2 mobile browsers. They look the same. Exactly! 
2. Before I can table out the differences in more detailed write-up, let me just present this “similiraties table“.
3. There are a lot of similiraties between these 2 browsers actually. But I will only illustrate the most obvious ones.
4. To begin with, here are the similiraties that you should notice on the 2 browsers :
- Both of them use the new Opera logo. More modern-looking logo instead of the old Opera logo used on other Opera softwares previously such as the one found in Opera Mini 4. The new logo is also used in the desktop version of the browser.
- Both of them are developed by Opera Software
- Both of them are mobile device applications, not desktop applications
- In terms of design, both took reference heavily to Opera Desktop version 10. With more organic colours, tabbed interface, graphical speed dial etc
- Both also use the same menu, which is more unified and easier to navigate
